Mr. Jérôme Guiraud has over 30 years of banking and financial markets experience and is currently Vice-Chairman of NNS Group & Chief Executive Officer of NNS Limited. He started his career in the French foreign service then joined the Société Générale (SG) Group, where he has held various leadership positions in capital markets, investment banking, and several listed SG Group subsidiaries.

Mr. Guiraud currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Orascom Construction Plc, and as a Non-Executive Director of BESIX Group and a Director of various NNS Group entities, as well as OS Luxembourg Sarl.

Mr. Guiraud has previously served as a Non-Executive Director at OCI Global (previously OCI NV.) from June 2014 until May 2023, as well as on the Board of Lafarge SA.

Mr. Guiraud graduated from L’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris). Mr. Guiraud was born in 1961 and is a French citizen.
