Our Whistleblower Mechanisms allow employees and business partners to report any misconduct or violation of our Codes through an anonymous reporting hotline. Moreover, in 2024 we carried out a voluntary human rights assessment to evaluate the maturity of our current human rights due diligence processes against international standards and identify areas for improvement.
To ensure equity in employment, our Diversity and Inclusion program covers recruitment, retention, and promotion. We use internal benchmarks, de-biasing training, sponsorship initiatives, mentorship programs, and employee networks. In traditionally male-dominated fields, we actively enhance gender diversity in both technical and non-technical roles.

Our system clearly outlines the roles and responsibilities of each employee, addressing various aspects such as occupational health, adverse occupational exposures, and environmental events. Additionally, Senior Management’s visits to each site foster greater employee engagement in HSE topics and processes, continually enhancing our HSE performance.
We are proud of our track record on safety, resulting in metrics well below the fertilizer industry average and commend our employees and contractors whose diligent efforts have supported progress in nearly every injury indicator on which we report.
