Fertiglobe Declares $150 Million H1 2026 Dividends, Up 20% Year-on-Year

  • Fertiglobe’s Board approved cash dividends of $150 million for the period H1 2026, equivalent to 6.73 fils per share, up 20% year-on-year, and implying an annualized yield of approximately 5%1.
  • The dividend reflects Fertiglobe’s robust financial position, disciplined capital allocation framework, and continued commitment to delivering competitive shareholder returns.
  • Including the H1 2026 dividend, Fertiglobe will have returned more than $3 billion to shareholders since its 2021 IPO.

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 30 September 2026: Fertiglobe (the “Company”) (ADX: FERTIGLB), the world’s largest seaborne exporter of urea and net ammonia combined, the largest nitrogen fertilizer producer in the Middle East and North Africa region, and the exclusive ammonia platform of ADNOC and XRG, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved cash dividends of $150 million for the first six months of 2026, equivalent to 6.73 fils per share.

The H1 2026 dividend aligns with Fertiglobe’s guided minimum distribution of $150 million for the period and represents an increase of 20% increase year-on-year compared to H1 2025 dividends of $125 million. Including this dividend, Fertiglobe will have returned at least $3 billion to shareholders since IPO.
