Fertiglobe Publishes 2022 Annual Report

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 20 March 2023: Fertiglobe (ADX: FERTIGLB), the strategic partnership between ADNOC and OCI Global (Euronext: OCI), announced the publication of its 2022 Annual Report.

Fertiglobe has confirmed its results which were issued on an unaudited basis on 14 February 2023, with the publication of its 2022 Annual Report and audited financial statements. As previously reported, Fertiglobe’s 2022 revenues increased 52% compared to the previous year to $5,028 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 59% to $2,473 million during the same period, leading to a 62% increase in free cash flow to $1,912 million compared to 2021.
