Abu Dhabi, UAE – 29 April 2024: Fertiglobe (ADX: FERTIGLB), the world’s largest seaborne exporter of urea and ammonia combined, the largest nitrogen fertilizer producer in the Middle East and North Africa region, and an early mover in sustainable ammonia, today announced the publication of its 2023 Integrated Annual Report.
With the publication of Fertiglobe’s 2023 Annual Report and audited financial statements, the Company has confirmed the unaudited results it issued on 14 February 2024. As previously announced, in 2023, Fertiglobe reported revenues of $2.4 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $1.0 billion, implying adjusted EBITDA margins of 42%, as well as adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders of $363 million. The Board of Directors has proposed H2 2023 dividends of $200 million (9 fils per share), subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on 30 April 2024, bringing total 2023 dividend to $475 million.
