Fertiglobe Announces Timetable for Payment of $275 Million / 12 Fils Per Share Interim Dividend for H1 2023

Abu Dhabi, UAE – November 14, 2023: Fertiglobe (ADX: FERTIGLB), the strategic partnership between ADNOC and OCI Global, today reconfirmed the previously disclosed record date of 16 November 2023 for its semi-annual interim dividend distribution for the H1 2023 period. Shareholders of Fertiglobe as of close of trading on 16 November 2023 will receive a cash payment of 12 fils per share on 05 December 2023.

Combined with a $700 million / 0.31 fils per share cash distribution for H2 2022 paid earlier this year, the total cash return paid to shareholders during 2023 will amount to $975 million / 0.43 per share.
